Stacey Woods completed her undergraduate degree and graduate degree at the University of Cincinnati. Stacey is currently working on her Doctorate of Audiology. Stacey is a member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Mandee Nolte-Riddell has resided in Boone County since childhood and is a full-time audiologist in our Florence location. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Thomas More College in 2002 and went on to graduate school at the University of Cincinnati where she received her Masters (MA) and Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degrees between the years of 2002-2006.
Dr. Charles Perine received his Bachelor of Science from the School of Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences at Ohio University in 2005. He then went on to receive his Masters and Doctorate of Audiology Degrees from Indiana University in 2008.
Dr. Eileen Gordon received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2006 and completed her Doctor of Audiology degree (AuD) from the University of Cincinnati in 2010. Dr. Gordon has her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Barb Mackey completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati and obtained a Masters of Arts degree from Western Michigan University. She is a member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and the Kentucky Speech and Hearing Association.
Carla Kurtz received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and received her Master degree in Audiology from the University of Cincinnati. Carla has her certificate of clinical competence from the America, Speech, Language Association.
Shon Chaffee received her undergraduate degrees from Bowling Green State University. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Speech Pathology/Audiology.
Dr. Lindsay Flaherty received her Bachelor of Science in 2011 and her Doctor of Audiology, (AuD) in 2016, both fromthe University of Cincinnati. Dr. Flaherty holds licensure in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.
Sarah Nelson joined our practice as a receptionist in March 2013. She is now the Audiology Assistant in our Ft. Thomas office, as well as working with rehabbing our balance patients. Sarah resides in Butler, Ky and when not working she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son.
