Sarah Nelson joined our practice as a receptionist in March 2013. She is now the Audiology Assistant in our Edgewood office, as well as working with rehabbing our balance patients. Sarah resides in Butler, Ky and when not working she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son and daughter.
